They have 2 floors which are with rooms not so bad, but maybe one day the water doesn't work, next day the elevator wont work and everyday all the emergency exits are blocked. So if anything happen, where you go ? The only real assets of the Asia Plaza Hotel are the location, the room rate and the Asia Plaza Disco in the basement of the Asia Plaza Hotel Yangon   Asia Plaza Hotel. A good alternative on the very budget level is the Queens Park Hotel, at Yangon the rooms are very basic but everything works and also for about US$ 20,.
